Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refund of deposits made if cancellation is received in writing 90 days prior to departure. NO REFUND will be granted to unused land portion once the tour has begun. All refund claims must be made in writing through the agent from whom the tour has been purchased no later than 30 days after termination of the trip. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Claims for a refund for services not rendered must be accompanied by a statement from the Tour Manager or Shivalaya Tours local representative certifying exactly the services not rendered. Voluntary non-usage of hotel accommodations, tour features or services, or of value-added features (free meals, free nights, free tours, free transfers, etc.) included in the prices listed in the Shivalaya Tours brochure, is not refundable or exchangeable for other accommodations and service provided by airlines, hotel and local tour operators. No refunds will be made for changes to hotels and/or other services made at the discretion of the passenger en route. Travel insurance, credit card charge fee, visa fee, and visa handling fee are non-refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process a refund, and longer for airline ticket refund.
